In this company the "YES" men around Way will help lead the company right into the ground, as long as everyone is kissing Way's a#! and stroking his ego that's all that he cares about. As far as the layoffs, that are coming, I would start looking into a real run company for your next job not one were you only get ahead by kissing a@# or pimping out your wife like someone in production in PA.

Happy Bill. He's energized and excited. How many employees are? Go ask the people on 5 or the officer group if they are energized. JMc doesn't count - she's a YES person with no clue how to run an E&P company. Very similar to her boss.

I believe these postings are beneficial. This site is about layoffs and they are coming fast unless you are canned quickly. These posts are not full of smoke, like your musings, but hopefully serve the purpose to help all of us prepare for our next job.

Breaking news - SWN isn't the government, so try to run the company with the shareholders in mind not the fat cats on 5 or in the boardroom. Yes, most other companies are very different. They have someone who knows how to drive value for shareholders. What have you done besides create negative value and drive others crazy?

The formula stands for kissing a$$, and letting the managers hire their buddies, wives, girlfriends and family. The ones who follow the first part of the formula (a$$ kissing) will be promoted.
That last post would assume that JMc can think ahead. She's about the same as her boss in trying to figure things out -- terrible. How long does it take? How many HR managers is she gonna rotate through before someone realizes that it ain't them?
