Does not really matter. Real change will only come when the finally get rid of cancerous, senior old-timers, particularly those from Wilton CT. It is laughable that the CEO has hired a head for the new Tech-Driven Subsidiary, yet failed to remove all the crusty senior executives who cling to old systems and keep AIG stuck in past decades.
Any particular Dept?
Sounds like IT is about to have some churn (constant churn is becoming the norm) and accelerating mass offshoring.
