Co workers wear slippers. They get 6 weeks vacation a year. 12 months paternity pay. Unlimited sick days. Only work 9-5 weekdays if they want. It's illegal to contact them outside normal working hours. Need special permission to work overtime. Can accumulate overtime over 40hrs/wk up and take months of per year. Virtually no disciplinary action can be taken for underperformance. Refuses to share information.

That looks like board of directors
Sounds like jelly Americans who voted for Trump.
European sites still beat you in efficiency and while doing that they can have also good life outside their job. Some countries also have free education and free healthcare for everyone.
But feel free to feel yourself important writing those useless powerpoints 14h every day.
@ecd you may get more done per hour. Only thing is you don't do many hours. This is a joke. My 4 year old works harder.
US Congress
You forgot to mention "Get more done in that 9-5 timeframe than other sites in their 16-hour days".
Of course, I can understand why you would omit that, as that part is a constant source of embarrassment for those other sites.
definitely its german site.... :)
we knows how to use the things and maintain the working environment within team ..
haha...
Sounds like Germany/France though some parts are not true. However wages are lower and taxes higher compared to US. Sick/paternity leaves are paid by government.
So there is no sense comparing two completely different systems.
Sounds like a retirement home for the elderly
Must be a European site
