Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

So boys and girls ... did you ever look who is on Intel's BoD?

I have to laugh about these posts that "the board" will "fire BK" when the shareholders revolt or some such ...

Have you looked who is actually on Intel's BoD? I had not for a few years ... I thought it had some quality people on it last time I looked (10+ years ago) ... now it appears to be packed with "strategery people" + the CEO of Medtronic who probably signed up by accident, and the CEO of Workday (the same crummy HR tool that Intel migrated to a year ago ... ).

Read and learn.

Excellent post OP

Now go to each of those companies and look up their BOD biographies. Then follow it one more level.

google: "Interlocking directorate" - skip the obvious conspiracy stuff just look at the boring facts and raw data.

Notice - its always the same people - look how many names of politicians come up.

For anyone who remembers the old days of AMD, JS essentially was the BOD, and they did what Jerry told them to do. As dynamic as he was, the insularity sunk AMD for a looooong time before they turned the ship around.

The Boeing guy looks legit. Other than that, we have some lawyers and academics, the Worksday CEO what a freaking joke, and Andy Bryant who should retire with John McCain
