Are they offering training in how to get off of a sinking ship safely ?
That San Antonio Completions group along with the entire facility will be going to Schlumberger if the JV goes forward. I guess the telltale will be if management just stops communicating with the group, that is standard practice for WFT when they are preparing to get rid of you.
All San Antonio, TX completions dept. including sales needs to be Re-Trained. Proper training how to run completion packers and service tools and how to sell would be a plus !!!
Training is the new goal of management. Somehow this is supposed to happen while at the same time revenue is increased by 20%. Not sure how that happens as there are not enough hours now for Joe field guy to get his work done now, and management in place will not stand up and state it is unsafe. Uninformed at top running a bunch of yes men in the middle attempting to overwork the folks at the bottom who are the only ones worth a sh-- but can't leave because the industry still has not fully recovered.
They need to hire more low lifes
I don't think they could get that right.
To include a large section on personal toilet hygiene in the work place. A must for Houma.
