saves them tons of money. No severance, unemployment, no chance for you. And your Union is worthless defense against this practice.

Yes..you are right,I am 63 years old and was at Spirit for 8 years,managers began moving me around and sent me to jobs they new I could not preform in bad conditions,I know this was to get me to quit and it worked!
The union,did nothing..stating,"there really ins't anything we can do".
