Pampa is an awful place. The plant & town are run down, the plant was built in the 40's. If you've ever visited the plant it's a dirty, poorly maintained, & poorly run. Nothing is moving there!!!

Pampa is a pit. We spend a fortune trucking everything to/from there. Shut it down and consolidate it locally in Houston. Makes perfect business sense. There's nothing special or unique about Pampa other than it's in BFE. Horrible safety culture, too much entitlement.
Pampa is the only plant that's even a little busy now. Pampa has to many advantages to shut it down!!
