Just learned that the last non Indian manager in my counter part in MUC is now being removed from his role.
Before Murthy, no Indian in my reporting line till BK. After Murthy, BK is only non Indian in my reporting line.
Is this a new boy scout trend or what? Diversity has been already achieved.
