The OP obviously has a stick up his/her butt. But he/she has a point....as I made with the bag carrying response. It is true. I saw it so many times. So glad I am out of there now. It is a joke when the CEO's bag carrier or the Inv Relations bag carrier moves into some mgmt. post just after carrying for 1-2 yrs. The entire company can see right through that. Oh well. PXD will be going down in late 2017 and 2018...no more hefty hedges...gotta live with $45-50 oil....and with so many over paid Sr. Staffs and "Advisors" running around, that's gonna be really hard. Let alone all the staff that sits around perusing the internet all day. IT should look at internet and streaming usage each day and see what folks are really doing. It would probably be eye opening.

Gotta carry a bag for the ceo or investor relations....then you are ready to lead any group. that's all it takes...a few irrelevant slide decks and carrying somone's bag for a year or two. Great indoctrination program....this is so the managers are dumbed down enough to drink the kool-aid for life!!!

cardigan = sweater....what's that got to do with operations? You are probably one of the ones that thinks you know everything but obviously you sit in your office doing nothing to add value but rather perusing and trolling the internet.

We prefer that you have zero relative experience and preferably as little experience as possible in the oil industry.
