Depends on if we are making the diversity quota. If not, will see more white males displaced. But this is not a 'lay-off'.

@ysc - Not massive layoffs YET (keyword), wait until Q2 earnings report on July 27, it won't be pretty with 5%+ PC marketshare loss (so far), and some in server too. Little chance for recovery in the next 3-4 quarters (at least) means high likelihood of layoffs.
