Intel management from FLM to BoD are a bunch of weenies who manage not to fail but innovation and risk taking has been removed as a true value when Grove left. No wonder intel missed every innovation the last two decades.

Remember when AMD started saying frequency wasn't as important as overall performance per clock. But we our senior leaders had Presott space heater the joke of the industry at 90 and of course Tejas that was going to crush AMD.
Than there was EPIC Itanium another decade long multi billion dollars and tens of thousand man hours failure that was the next big thing.
All those brilliant people run this company, and never found better like x86 phone and tablets, drones, AI, IoT, AI, Modems, 30 billion + spent on another round of failed visions and execution. Ah, cars are it now, BoD are morons!

Funny stuff. I remember when AMD knocked Intel's first quad-core (two dual-cores "glued" together). The Epyc floating-point and memory performance remind me of the Opteron days though.
