I came with the Great West purchase and total of 18 years. Good pay for my area and I work from HOME. Vacation is good. I am very happy.

You are properly not 50 yet. Wait until you turn 50 and you too most likely will get let go. Beware!
28 years and it's a great company to work for! Pay may not be as high but the vacation is crazy good!
