Noble is a company for management by management. How many managers have lost their job during this downturn? The answer is none. Yet these are the very people who have run this company into the curb. Yes there are more "s--- asses" at this company than all of the other place I've worked combined. It's truly amazing. It's why Noble is performing do poorly. Noble laid/off most anyone who could question strategy or execution. The rest left on their own and got new jobs. In my 30 years Noble is by far the worst run company I've benn a part of. There is no hope for Noble. It's over.
I'd fist bump you if I could right now, @OevV5X1-ynx. This is Noble's issue in a nutshell. Everybody who could have made any difference is gone. What we have left is a bunch of yes-men who are ruining the company, and there is nothing we can do about it
