I don't like BK more than anyone else, but this is probably just diversification. If Enron taught us anything it is don't hold all or most of your wealth in one stock - even if it is your own company. Murthy, on the other hand, appears to not be interested in holding any Intel stock.

Senior Execs can only sell or buy stock in specific periods....these are likely stock options being exercised per a schedule....and yes, a lot of money $$$........this happens for most larger corps............

Aren't these stock sales from higher level executives not completely in their control? I thought there was regulations where they couldn't trade themselves on exact dates due to insider trading.
