I have proof of retaliation. I got a new job offer and accepted. Should I complain to EEOC or move on?

File a complaint with the EEOC. The retaliation at EMC anyway, is so rampant it is literally part of the culture. They have a huge team of in-house attorneys who do nothing but collude with management to cover up claims because most people just want the wrong made right so they follow the internal process for reporting retaliation. Then once the cover up is complete, they go on to destroy the employee... I saw it happen too many times and I am still sickened and disgusted at how open and smug they are about it and how they take great satisfaction in rewarding the liars who participate in the cover up for them which is how most of the trash manages to keep a job. It will continue to happen if someone doesn't expose it and you're in a perfect position to expose it since you are gone. They have destroyed so many people's careers just so that good ole boy club of perverted incompetent useless ignorant managers can continue the frat party on the company's dime.
Since you already have a job, you should complain to the EEOC because it won't hurt you. This helps the next potential victim of retaliation.
Move on.
If you can file the complaint without hurting yourself, do it. It might help those still stuck on the sinking ship.
Yes please complain. Atleast this should be registered. You will be doing a great favor for the potential abuse victims.
personal suggestion is to make a complaint to EEOC
I accepted job offer and put my notice in.
