Your post makes no sense, and it's probably not valid.
Yes, we do have layoffs, all the time - but we also hire a lot.
the company needs to adjust all the time to meet the market demand.
There 1000s of departments at Anthem.
Stating that one is gone without specifying which one it is does not tell anything...
