I am considering leaving Cigna on my own. The pay is good in theory, but I have to do the work of four people every single day for it. There is absolutely no balance between work and personal life here. We have good people opting to leave all the time because they simply can't take it anymore. I am yet to work at a company with higher turnover due to overworked employees. And there is always that fear of cyclical layoffs, with no logic to them. Although personally, at this point in time, I would not even mind them making that decision for me.
