The market is awkward right now. There is a lot of uncertainty and Cigna is not an exemption here - we struggle too if times are uncertain. My wife works for UnitedHealth and they are cutting right now, I have a ton of buddies at Aetna, they have cuts too - the companies are minting money but they are optimizing things.
So, you never know, but we'll see what the rest of the year brings.
I am in IT, so nobody here should be complacent...
