Thread regarding Denbury Resources Inc. layoffs

Gareth Roberts and TPG

I read an artical years ago, I think it was written for the WSJ, as Gareth left.

It read Denbury would not survive, and the only way Denbury would make it, is if Gareth came back to run Denbury . TPG was a major player in the Gareth era . So maybe this Writer is right.

I'm thinking with our great assets and business model, and a new blood CEO with great enthusiasm and excitement for our company, he will be a huge hit with the investment community. Further, he's an operations guy and not just a finance guy. Thats what we need.

You guys have a serious problem with living in the past. Stop looking back for god sake. Deal with the present and make the most of it.

I say bring Gareth back, he always got the backing Denbury needed at the right time.

It has been said that GR said he would own DRI again. I believe that to be true. He told Co-ho that same thing when he left them.... and looked what happen.
