Seems that the Corrective Action rules are different for many. Has anyone survived being put on "Corrective Action" (pack your bag notice)? What is the process? Survived? I hear there is a a new round happening in TTS. Worried that I could be next, I have had no discussions, just that in my Development meeting last week I had to rate myself to my job title requirements. Something new?

No, not new, they are doing the same skills assessment across TTS. Our org went through it two months ago.

You can fight it, or you can just be smart and move on. Do it before the markets tank anyway this fall, and you're suddenly fighting other schmoes for a handful of jobs. Get ahead of the pack.
