Move from 4 BU''s to 2 BU's. Why would leadership ever think it was a good idea to have 4 BU's? Look at all the waste in salary and overlap! I am sure this will create a LOT of position eliminations in the upcoming months. We created the same positions in so many of these BU's. They will be gone!
