They are rapidly downsizing the company extremely. Most of the staffs are getting 2 weeks notice only and given the boot. Don't risk your future by joining this company especially in Malaysia and Singapore. They are moving to China and India due to cheap labour cost and laws.

Work going to be remained for sure.
It's like a plague of locusts, C-Suite execs descending upon third world countries muttering "best shore.. best shore..." as they work over customers with low skill, no experience workers in places with no infrastructure, merely because of cost, to increase their profit margins.
Central and South America is getting hotter... when they've expended those places, they will start eyeing Africa. Any place where they can employ bodies to fulfill contract requirements at pennies on the dollar.
In one way, they are helping countries develop beyond these greedy executives' exploitation, but it comes at the expense of all those laid off as "best shores" change.
China is not a low cost location anymore, at least in the Tier 1 cities. We have built up decent expertise over the years, but it all comes down to cost regardless of quality or the ability to do the work now. We're seeing plenty of WFRs here too. The plan appears to be to move as much as possible to India. I think that's why you see some executives listed as "India co-lead" but none for the other regions.
mikey and his dirty dozen hard at work. hahaha
And uk say all of the above :) Everyone hates someone hahaha
US says work is moving to India, India says work is moving to Malaysia. Malaysia says work is going to China. Swings and roundabouts!
