One of the morning shows was showing a list if the worst run companies in the US, NOV was listed as one of the worst run!! Nothing employees didn't already know. NOV is a national joke!!!

Yes. Finally. Someone makes sense. Fire all the blue collar. Hire managers only. Have meetings all day. Discuss what to do with all that money just rolling in. Basically print our own money.
NOV needs more managers and less production workers, if we get rid of all the workers we will make billions & billions of dollars!!!

Let take a look at the truth about what's happening to NOV right now. The current middle management is not trying to get new work because they already get a fat check regardless of how much work they actually do. They drive a company vehicle but never travel to generate income for the company. They get new vehicles while the people that actually go to the field to generate income get the oldest vehicles with the highest miles. That way of thinking is what's killing NOV!

I tried to locate any airing of NOV but found no search reference. This might be a false posting, but NOV is still not a good company. Any company that would restart paying a dividend, fifth declining numbers and no sign of rebound, is just raping the profits for upper management.
