Thread regarding Carousel Industries layoffs

Former customer

I am a former Carousel customer and I wish I would have found this site before I signed my original support contract. I wouldn't have signed in the first place.

I don't know what is true and what isn't here. But my experience is that service was poor in general despite assurances from the top person in service that he would work to correct the support I was receiving. Whatever the problems are there didn't get fixed in the time I needed.

We cancelled our contract with carousel 5 months ago because the techs could never fix anything

The people I used to work with at Carousel over the last three years are all gone through layoffs and attrition. Service and sales quality are definitely not what they were.
