With all this layoff going on I really do wish they will axe directors. my director earns 5 times more but cannot for the life of her make any decision or provide any directions, instead let the consultants manage and run her department while she sits on her fat a-- drinking koolaid and spending department's budget on showering her boss with love and work vacation. Axe the incompetent management! Axe the incompetent mid management!

In NDC 80% QA and most in dev. In fact nothing really matters if NDC is shoutdown, seriously no impact on company whatsoever.
