Why not sell DH instead of canning it? Just like Xyratek servers to Cray.
STX get con, downhill all the way! Brilliant!
Dot hill soon RIP , useless fool who think they can survive by killing off Xyratex!!
Those fool knew nothing about cloud storage market and try to be hero outsourcing manufacturing to "FoxConn" !!.
What's scary is they don't know their idiots.
Totally agree with that. Seagate is led by idiots.
In contrast, WDC bought Hitachi to get enterprise HDD market share. Bought SanDisk to gain SSD market share... Indeed STX is led by idiots!
Seagate is run and led by idiots....what inteligant group..buys a supercomputer company (Xyratex)..who has broken into a new inative market with some seriously high profile customers.(NASA.. .FBI.. .Cern etc etc ) ..then buys a telecommunications storage company (for 2 times the cost...)...supllying a low cost basic storage system..and then says the lesser company should run the inative company.......how long did it last......well it's simple it nevef started ....failed from the get go...
