Is it possible the 1,900 open USPS positions can't be filled because the job posting was deliberately written in such a way that nobody could fill it? If DXC can prove they can't find an American worker they can get H1B permission to hire foreign. Seems awfully suspicious to me.
I'd like to know this too. It seems somewhat impossible to me that in today's work market you are having trouble filling this many positions in an IT company. Unless your goal is not to fill them...
