This company is pioneer in forced resignation technique which spread to other tier1 and tier 2 IT companies. This diabolic system was taken to other firms by teccam HR/RMG staff who joined in senior roles in ctc, infy, TCS, Capgemini, etc
This technique was designed by a leading legal/CA group of Mumbai and HR group in 2008-2009 and was used to cut staff in teccam in 2009 after satyam takeover.
The initial target was non local employee in Pune who were pushed to bench and were were made to wait and not allowed to resign in system. The benched resources were locked and unlocked/rejected against fake opportunities, using a new fictitious software application designed to generate false evidence against the employee (to prove that person's'skills are are not demand) , some fake requirements with highly inflated Job/skill demands were loaded into system and the benched people are evaluated against wrong combination of skill and rejected against each Business unit.
on daily basis the LAN ID and emails of predetermined number of benched resources are locked up and the person summoned and forced sign on white paper (and sometimes stamp papers) and asked to leave and collect documents after 2 months.
Once the person leave the LAN ID and email is used to generate a variety of false emails and claims and the persons profile is maligned and shown as absconding.
many people did not get jobs in pune and were forced to relocate (or abandon careers) as the list of fired people was deliberately leaked thro personal contacts to various HR staff in all major companies in pune, mumbai and bangalore effectively sabotaging the careers of many non marateeis.
The system was grossly misused by local management staff to victimizing, witch hunting, sabotaging rivals and potential competitors with in company.
