Mosely told us that employees will always be sacrificed first to appease the Wall Street gods. Why no focal increase? We told Wall street we wouldn't. Why more layoffs? Our op ex isn't whete we want it to be. Instead of growing revenue positively we'll cut headcount right away.
Employees are just a negative account on a ledger to this group of yahoos. Employees come last after investors and executives.
Need an outsider to evaluate the current business environment and plan the future. The morale is killing the company. I don't know what we can expect other than endless RIF.

If you were doubting that this company leadership has us set on a course to total doom and bankruptcy, then perhaps this has cleared it up. If you are lucky, you will get a RIF and your full severance payout prior to then. If your still employed when the company goes insolvent please realize that you not getting anything. If you you have 5 or less years of service, you should go now. I don't know anyone still around with under 5 years in.
There's what's known and what's said. Mosely at least openly admits contempt for employees. Luczo was smart enough to not hit people in the face with it.
