What "Google's interest in Juniper"? Are they buying Juniper? Juniper's new CTO is from Google. So is the poster surmising that this will be a takeout similar to Viptela's by Cisco? Praveen Akkiraju went over to Viptela and Cisco bought them literally two weeks later. Is that the expectation at Juniper? Well, here's a question: why would Google buy Juniper? They bought Motorola, eventually figured out they could not do anything with it, fired thousands of people and then sold it off anyway.
