How does Denbury handle severance? One week for every year with the company? Or is there some other system they apply?

I wish they paid for un-used sick time. I would be rich.

Dingleberry does not pay for un-used Sick Time.
I believe it is 2 weeks per year with a minimum (8 or 12 weeks, maybe?)
Plus they pay for accrued vacation that you haven't taken yet, and I think they also pay for sick time that you haven't taken.
