First time ever my team is requested to meet with our boss above two bosses. Either the bullying has gone noticed or its offshoring time.

The company has gone way beyond fixing issues now.
The attitude of the upper echelons is to put a band-aid over everything.
The place is being held together with string, glue and lolly sticks, like a 1st grade project.
It's beyond comical.
Seriously, can you think of a single process or system (technical or non-technical) that actually works as it should?
And before you say the 'WFR process'. No. Even that is full of holes and handled incompetently.

Waste of time. What do you really expect them to accomplish?
More likely that the L5s are seeking who knows the truth as to how bad things are at DXC and give those employees the chop. This is a good time to ask for a pay rise.
My DXC is killing it, so whatever they are doing, keep it going senior management!
