Same with Hopkinton, it's no different from NDC or MDC. Employees who worked for 5 to 10 years tend to do the same things and not willing to change. Dell Emc should clean the house and hire the best talent. Yes they can sell traditional storage and make money......but for how long with bad employees and bad products.
Look at everyone who works on Cyclone, substandard and under skilled. You don't move favorites in upstream products. You put the best from existing employees and new hires.
Instead all political engineers ended up in cyclone, so it will fail. Simple fundamental......hmmmm

It is the management which is rotten. Dell should clear up that mid management L4 and L5 layer. Engineers should be allowed to blossom without the politiking which is so extensive across Dell EMC.
The upskilled have already left. There is nothing for them to do in this cesspool of inefficiency which is Dell EMC. The title should have been Upskill and Leave.
