So much potential, and nearly all of it is wasted due to complete and utter mismanagement and a fear of upsetting the locals, who generally abuse the system beyond belief. The competent few are pushed and pressurized to do enough work to mask the inadequacies of the many, whilst locals are elevated into positions of which they have no real depth of understanding. Generally, S=Saudi, E+= bosses friend or back stagger, after that it's a fight for the remains. Of all the cultures in the world, this is the one that should and needs to completely crash and burn.
It's such a shame that so much potential is completely wasted and/or under-utilised because of poor management.
