Many of us whom were a part of the "take over" of other companies, decided at the end of the day to look for other opportunities. Being discontented with the way the "railroad" was being run, I decided to 'make the move'. This is mentioned in a clean and polite manner. You ALL have excellent skill sets and should you feel the same way, then it is time to take charge of your future and start the job search. Indications are that the economy is picking up and that there are more and more opportunities daily. Carpe Diem.

To hire more people at 25k -30k a year
It's all about the money the employees aren't valued here
