Salient points:
DC has no experience in higher ed.
DC has few employees.
DC will borrow the money from the usual suspects in for-profit ed. (Originally 100mil reduced to fire sale 60 mil).
Here's the good ones: DC will keep on the present 15K employees and keep the ruinous status quo. ( I got a bridge to sell you on that one).
Last but not least DC believes the best way to help the poor is through higher
education; what else? ( Lord have mercy!)
