Only the weak call goals unobtainable. Add another one to that RIF list...
Dell is cheap always has been they will use PIPS , unobtainable goals and job restructuring to force folks to leave so they save on packages , commissions etc. Should never have come back, fool me once but twice thats my fault. It will continue to be BS while the EMC and Dell management fights to see who becomes supreme.. should fire most of them while they have the chance and get new blood.
