We need more workers, not less

After working another long day with all the chaos upper management has created ...all I can say is I am totally exhausted ... we have lost so many valuable employees and cannot sustain the unrealistic comments that are made by the upper management...you have destroyed this company!

Hear, hear! I am with you, @OyqQpeq-1spg. Not sure how Windstream expects to keeps this up in the long run... Not to mention that some of the employees who were let go were among the best ones we had, unlike some of the ones who stayed. Really ridiculous.

You are in charge of your own destiny, get your resume updated, start applying to new opportunities immediately. Do let WIN and their poor business model dictate your career path.

I was hired four years ago for my specific skill set. Worked hard, never ever told my boss no, didn't matter I put WIN ahead of family and got the axe 23 January!

I'm thinking not a lot of forward thinking in Little Rock.

Just from reading the last statement about laying off skilled employees, and your Company not seeming to care much. Wouldn't that seem to indicate that maybe there is no long-term plan on keeping the doors opened much longer?
