They're having a town hall with the west coast next Thursday, so we should at least have a better understanding of what's going through their heads at that time.

DMs , RVPs and SVPs are finally feeling the heat. The pressure they are trying to apply to stores to make themselves look good is beyond ridiculous. It did not work before , and there is only so much a store team can do with a skeleton crew on bare minimum payroll.
I would love to be able to watch Otis on one of these visits. Will he be forced to actually be polite?
I feel bad for the stores getting Sycamore visits going in to BTS. Everyone is going to be up their a$$es.
I give Staples a year and they will be done. Why aren't the employees looking for jobs? Some of them do not seem to be worried. Karma, karma.

All the svp's rvp's dm's sweating bullets try to convince sycamore please don't lay me off I sell a lot square trade an market basket look at csat and rewards .I also push kiosk and more accounts liquid armor we fix alot phones . I got a lot Kool-aid drinkers too. Times up high paid filters POS! I dont think Sycamore cares about metrics conversion and your bonus. What goes around comes right back around this gravy train is DONE !
