I hear that they are going to "roll out" some new programs to "focus on PEOPLE". They have been talking about it for a couple of quarters now.
Yes indeed, they are Laser-Focused on a number of people right now, let me tell you. But not in a good way. They didn't say it was going to be good.
Seagate "focuses on people" by laying off as many as they can. Not exactly the kind of focus we were hoping for.

I wonder when the next RIF will be after this one. Sept? Dec? I wonder what kind of BS they will feed to those of us that survive the 19th, about how we have never been better positioned, and how bright the future is, and how they are going to treat people better going forward.
