Thread regarding Noble Energy Inc. layoffs

Sooner you leave Noble on your own, the better

The sooner Noble employees get laid- off the better off they will be. Working for this sorry company is exhausting. Are we on or fourth or fifth "re-org" now? Most companies had no layoffs or "re-org. Others had one round of layoffs and got on with business. Two years later these misfit managers are still laying off. It's clear they have no idea what they are doing.

I agree 100%, @O5T3Q2C-ypr. I left Noble a few months ago, and it is one of the best decisions I have made. I was lucky, though, as I was able to secure a position at another company prior to giving my notice. My advice, start looking for a new job right away. That's the best way to get ahead of any future layoffs that are imminent.

There is NO doubt about that. Even if Noble somehow is able to survive they have zero chance to recruit quality employees. Nobody wants to work for Noble. They have the worst reputation in the industry. Most of the employees unfortunate enough to still be working at Noble are try to get out.

I also agree 100%. I left Noble almost year ago. It was the best decision that I ever made. I secured my current employment before I resigned. Believe it or not, I am much better off now. No more stress, no more anxiety, no more awakening middle of nights, no more nightmare! Life is too short. Take of yourself. Start securing your next job now! Do not relay on B.S. promises from upper managements.
