Only surmont left. Build a useless ioc in Houston (since it was uber successful in calgary)
Shut down gcs. Don't need that office. All you need is an ioc right?
What's left is one too many employees... we need to get out of Canada completely and sell Surmont. My hearings are Calgary being closed and moving some staff to Surmont until sold.
