kinda funny seeing all these store managers on here .... they are supposed to be a cheerleader in the stores telling us all how everything is going to work out and we as a company will go on and how Eddie will not let the company fail ... telling us all to watch the brand ambasitor video (from a guy that no longer even works for sears) and have all the employees watch it also... what a joke

Wondering if it might be a large store closings call?
When did you receive an email? I am a store manager and I have not received anything. Are these manager meetings for a certain region?
I would think market managers, ASM's and some HR
Wishing everyone best of luck. So sad that everyone has to be worried about our jobs constantly 😢 I am only part time.. but I really like my job.. the pay s---s but I work with a really great group of people. I've been with sears for 10 1/2 years.. I won't see a pension or severance in the end just my fellow workers in tears. Its just so sad that so many people are loosing their jobs
