To bad for SLB, hahaha haha!
I dont care anymore what happens to oil or slb or client anymore,I have had enough of this hell. All I care now is after 20 years working for slb, I want out.
I want just a good package.
Is there anyway I can raise my package, if any?
Some layoffs in SIS LAM for sure. Few more in SIS ASA too.
Brown noses have been winning for the last three years now (at least!), and that (the lack of competence in managerial positions) is in part what is dragging the whole company down. BTW, as you probably have already noticed, technical skills are not rated in the new evaluation grid based on the "blueprint".
The other problem is the constant focus on non-revenue-generating activities (aka "the transformation"). The proportion of employees that don't do anything else than answering the phone, entering whatever numbers in whatever "business system" or compiling useless dashboards for the next-level-up has never been so high. Now, with the "reorganization" and the "new way of working" many of those productivity sinks are flocking down to pseudo-technical or advisory roles - which ain't going to help.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
The party is over. Yes, at the moment the brown nosers seem to be winning but it's only a phase. At the end of the day, it's game over and the true contributers will survive here or there or anywhere but it's game over.
You do nothing and add zero value, you'll be found out eventually. It's just a matter of time. Oil is hitting the crapper! Move on and make something out if yourselves. Don't wait for them to tell you what to do. You're bigger than that.
It's across the board for all GM, you should already know that.
