The whole simple store process is a joke, more like disaster.. it's like shopping at big lots nothing is in order now. Don't know how we can cut more and stay open.. I was told to cut 200 a day on top of the 1500 already cut this week.. and they are set on it. Normally I just ignore the budget until the DM whines and moans but they are very serious about saving every last penny.. 1500 dollars in guaranteed savings, you kidding me!! Why not have and actual ad for customers I'm sure we could more than make up for it if we had people to help customers.. this company has become miserable to work for. Used to be a great company. The last 2 years have been the worst I've ever seen.

The company is virtually out of cash. Once the 2 year mark passes on the Seritage deal, Eddie can file for bankruptcy. Since that's a little more than a week away, he's got to make sure paychecks clear and light bills get paid until then.
