Today is the third and hopefully the last day for MetriStream layoffs.
We have lost our friends our mentors and ours bosses . This wave dint differentiate for any post , expertise or level. Everybody suffered and today again we are here . We know nothing from last two days except fear of getting sacked.
I agree my friend on both points you made
1) the process was fair and people at all levels were asked to go to make Metric Stream a lean, agile organization.
2) there is fear, uncertainty - but the dust should settle soon and we get back to work
I got my salary on time...so happy for today
@MSI if to be believed, Wait for September .. there will be a big Sack activity.
