Anyone know if Pearson is having PLC in the U.S. for Higher Ed as they have had in past years? If so, where is it located?

Whistler, Canada and the Four Seasons was last year's stop so you can do the math on how much that costs. Don't forget to factor in the excursions, food, alcohol, golf, and spa treatments the company pays for.
I don't blame the attendees as they earned the right to attend and it's quite the accomplishment. They are the companies top consistent sales people so they have earned the right to attend. I tip my hat to them and they SHOULD enjoy whatever reward trip the company decides to throw out there. Executive management who did didly squat should not be allowed to attend -- but they do anyways as an excuse to bring their spouse.
The beef everyone should have is the lavish sales meetings, regional meetings, events the company throws. They are usually at a 5-star resort and attendees usually incur high bar tabs, eat at the most expensive restaurants, and entertainment at music venues or golf clubs. Most of it is expense-able and reimbursed back to the employee. Most of these meetings are a waste of time and should be done virtually, but somehow they get approved. The only way to change this behavior is someone at the top have to make this change by getting rid of the management that allows this.
How many people is Pearson footing the bill as well as their +1 to attend PLC? How can the company keep having this event if they are broke as a joke and supposedly in dire straits? This should be exposed in the media heavily to put an end to it.
I think it's in Palm Beach, Florida this year and the hotel is the Mar-A-Lago Club. I hear it's a great place for talent development and morale boosting!
