What happens if two spouses both work for IBM and get co-located to different cities?

What happens? At least one of you is laid off. That's the whole idea.
Bad idea to have both working for same company in the first place, especially if the company is IBM.
Depending on the state of your relationship, it might be a blessing in disguise.
