Is anyone else having issues with severance from the Marketing co-location?
20+ yr IBMer forced out by co-location but was able to find a job at competitor.
In checking with IBM HRSC my separation is flagged as not part of co-location and hence no severance.
I am having a heck of a time getting a straight answer on how to get this fixed.
I don't know what IBM expected I tried finding jobs internally but that did not work.
