Some of the long working IT people are removed recently, why the hell they move people from Cameron, we are already crowded here doing Nothing to Simply Nothing, so they are sending more scapegoats from Cameron to to chop them here in SLB!!!! Good Idea
Overall the business was appalled with UAT and with the results. In our meetings we expressed our concerns and management also having issues to go live with R2.1 as they are already suffering a lot with R1
Some of them are packed to Pune, many of them still here sitting idle in the closed room, pretending that they are busy, soon 65% of them will be rolled off
What the US R1 team members are doing now? All of them are rolled off? R they been sent back to Pune!!
Better that R2.1 is delayed so the R2.1 team(employees) will stay little longer otherwise it will be like R1, most of the R1 employees were now let go, soon it will continue for R2.1, R2.2,,,,,,,take a flight to Pune or start looking for new jobs before you drown into that SLB garbage
Not surprise. The entire ITT project is just a big kaboom with a $1B firecracker. In the end, the IBM and SAP consultants are well fed and paid on SLB's dime while all the bread earners at SLB are chopped off.
The girl next to me keep saying bad stuff about her boss behid his back and I know she slept with him.
Think new act new. Go blind date with your manager.
False information, Delloite implemented Optimus and not by Cameron internal team. They are crap than anyone.
No one cares. Its IT.
Exactly the problem it is NOT an IT project it is a BUSINESS project but no ownership . learn from Cameron who spent a billion over 7 years on what was a technical upgrade called Optimus , and they had 20 plus years SAP experience in ALL modules , despite SLB now delivering the death knell by moving the work to iconic disaster areas like India and KL. Glad to be gone.... AMF,s
